1. Overview

Portal respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Portal service.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on Portal infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL or creator profile name).
4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

5. Repeat Infringers

Portal will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works. If you believe a user is a repeat infringer, please contact us at dmca@mynr1.com with evidence of the repeat infringement.

6. Creator Content Removal

Portal displays publicly available creator content (thumbnails, metadata) sourced from official platform APIs. All content links back to the original platform. If you are a creator or authorized representative and wish to have your content removed from Portal, you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice. Simply email support@mynr1.com and we will process your request within 48 hours.
