1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Portal (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Portal is a mobile application that allows fans to place a creator's content on their iPhone home screen via an iOS widget. The App displays publicly available creator content, fan rankings, and provides a direct connection between creators and their fans.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use Portal without creating an account. Some features (such as securing your fan number) require an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which permanently removes your data.

4. Community Portals

Portal may display creator profiles (“Community Portals”) that are generated using publicly available data from official platform APIs including Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music. All content links back to the original platform. The presence of a Community Portal does not indicate any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between Portal and the featured creator.

Community Portals:

  • Are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the creators depicted.
  • Use only publicly available information from official platform APIs (Spotify Web API, YouTube Data API, Apple MusicKit).
  • Display only small thumbnail images (max 400px) that serve as navigation aids linking to the original content on the creator's official platform.
  • Are clearly labeled as “Community Portal” when not claimed by the creator.
  • Can be claimed by the actual creator or their authorized representative at any time.
  • Can be removed upon request. We will acknowledge removal requests within 24 hours and process them within 48 hours. Contact support@mynr1.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
  • Create fake accounts, manipulate fan counts, or engage in any form of platform manipulation.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with a creator.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA

The Portal app, its design, code, and branding are owned by Portal. Creator content displayed in the App (images, music metadata, etc.) belongs to the respective creators and content owners. Portal displays this content as small thumbnails and previews sourced from public APIs, serving as navigation aids that link to the original content on the creator's official platform.

If you believe any content infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described in our DMCA Policy. For general content concerns, contact support@mynr1.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

Portal respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will promptly remove or disable access to material that is claimed to be infringing. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Content Reporting

If you encounter inappropriate content, copyright violations, or impersonation, you can report it directly within the App using the Report button on any creator's profile, or by emailing support@mynr1.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Disclaimers

  • Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of creator content displayed in the App.
  • Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for the content of external links opened from the App (Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
